Tyntz LLC operates tyntz.net. Our business address is 7520 NW 104th Ave, Ste 103, Doral, FL 33178, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@tyntz.net. This notice covers our website and customer services; independent providers have their own privacy notices.

We collect contact, account, billing and shipping details, vehicle or paint-code selections, order contents and messages you send to support. We use them to manage accounts, prepare custom paint, process payments, arrange delivery, provide tracking and resolve order issues. Account credentials are stored in protected form.

The website and its hosting services process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Cookies and browser storage support the cart and requested preferences. With optional permission, we also process browsing interactions, advertising identifiers and conversion information to understand site use and measure campaigns.

Stripe processes checkout payments. Tyntz does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We retain amounts, payment status and transaction references for fulfillment, accounting, refunds and disputes. Stripe and your selected payment method process payment and fraud-prevention information under their own notices.

We provide necessary information to Shippo and the selected carrier to arrange delivery, SendPulse to deliver emails, and hosting, security and technical service providers to operate the store. Necessary order, account and security emails are sent even if you reject optional tracking. Accepting cookies does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

When you use photo color matching, the submitted image is sent to Google Cloud Vision for color analysis. Address suggestions send the text you enter to Google Places. VIN lookup sends the VIN you supply to the NHTSA vehicle service. Only submit information needed for the feature and avoid photos containing unrelated personal information.

The 3D preview uses Sketchfab and other hosted assets. Loading these resources exposes connection information such as IP address and browser details to the provider. We enable Sketchfab’s do-not-track embed option to disable its embedded analytics and audience measurement. These functional requests are separate from optional advertising and analytics tags.

With the relevant optional permission, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Advertising may also be used when its tag is enabled. Clarity analyzes clicks, scrolling and browsing interactions, including session recordings; we do not intentionally record checkout, account or login screens.

Advertising events can include purchase amounts, order references, browser identifiers and contact identifiers used to match conversions. Some identifiers may be hashed; this does not make them anonymous. We do not sell customer lists for money. Advertising disclosures may nevertheless constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can turn advertising off through Cookie preferences.

We may also disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Optional tools are off until you choose the relevant category. You can accept analytics and advertising separately or reject both. Shopping, sign-in, payment and order communications remain available. Continuing to browse or purchasing is not consent to optional tracking.

We honor a detected Global Privacy Control signal by disabling advertising for that browser, including when an earlier choice allowed it. Reopen Cookie preferences in the footer or on these policy pages to change your choice. Turning off an already loaded tool reloads the page to stop it and removes optional first-party identifiers we can control; it does not erase data already received by a provider.

For Meta purchase measurement on the server, we record the advertising choice at checkout and only send the purchase event if that recorded choice permits it. Consent is not a condition of payment. Preferences apply to this browser and device. Contact us about information already held.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Send requests to support@tyntz.net. You do not need an account. We may verify identity for access or deletion requests to protect your information; cookie opt-out does not require verification.

We respond as required by applicable law and explain any limitations, such as keeping records needed for transactions or legal obligations. You may ask us to reconsider a decision and, where applicable, complain to a privacy regulator. We will not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

We keep information as needed for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose; we do not promise immediate deletion of information we must keep. Cookie choices expire after 180 days. Other storage depends on provider and browser settings.

We use safeguards including HTTPS and restricted access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We operate in the United States and providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires a legal basis or international-transfer safeguards, those requirements apply to the processing.

Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Contact support@tyntz.net if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

External sites and payment services are governed by their own policies. We may update this notice when practices change and will revise the date above. We will communicate material changes as required by applicable law. Visiting the site does not by itself permit optional tracking.
